I've used both! Nicole P's lipsticks feel a bit more lightweight for me, and the plumper actually works without too much tingle. Mulac is good but Nicole P feels a bit more refined.

Depends on what you like! I find Nicole P's liquid lipsticks last longer than Mulac's, but Mulac has some unique shades. For a gloss, Nicole P is my go-to now.
